1. Travel from either Manatee Ave. or Cortez Rd. to 59^th St. West

2. Proceed (north from Cortez Rd, or South from Manatee Ave.) on 59^th St. W. and turn west on 17^th Ave. W.

3. Turn into the 3^rd driveway on the left marked 1906 Blake Dental Park.

4. We are the 1^st building on your right. Drive around to the front of the building

1. Take SR 70 to the intersection of Braden Run.

2. Turn south onto Braden Run and then make the second possible right hand turn onto 59^th Ave.  East.

3. Turn to the left at the "T" and we are the 1^st building on the right

1. Take I-75 to Exit 240.

2. Proceed east on SR 674 to the intersection of Del Webb Blvd W and turn left.

3. Our office is on your immediate right.
