When making your life changing decisions regarding your total dental health, we will present a complete periodontal picture and work with you and your family dentist to help you achieve the optimal results. We offer several methods of payment for you to choose from. We currently have credit card use of VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER available. While you are financially responsible for any treatment that is provided by our office, we do file all insurance claims for your reimbursement as a courtesy. These expected insurance payments can be calculated with your investment in some cases to allow monthly payments with no interest. While we appreciate it when our patients can pay for the treatment as it is completed, we understand that this is not always possible for our patients; so, we assist you in deciding the best approach in receiving your treatment and fulfilling your financial obligations.
For greater flexibility, we offer two different payment options for our patients so that everyone may achieve better oral health.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Option 1: You may pay the entire fee in full by cash, check, or credit card prior to or on the day treatment begins. If full payment is made, you will receive a 5% courtesy discount.
Option 2: For patients' who need special financial arrangements, an extended payment plan administered by a dental financing company (Care Credit) is available. Approved credit is required for this option. Details are available upon request. NOTE: The 5% courtesy only applies for option 1.
