Short Tip - This is especially effective as a universal brush to clean occlusal surfaces, to engage embrasure areas, and to contact the marginal gingiva throughout the mouth. It is also effective for cleaning around intricate orthodontic appliances, crowns, and malposed teeth.
Elongated Tip - This brush, with it's long pointed tip, is designed to clean larger inter-dental spaces, especially after periodontal surgery where tissues have healed and receded. This brush is capable of negotiating pontic saddle areas, furcations, tissue flaps, distal surfaces of the most posterior teeth, and deeper pockets to a depth of approximately 2 mm.
Hollow Cup Tip - This brush is designed to clean the broad flat surfaces of teeth and can access the gingival crevices for subgingival plaque removal.
