Healthy Smiles through Proven Techniques

Our doctors also serves patients with a range of general procedures. If you need to have your teeth cleaned, undergo a tooth extraction procedure or are having problems with your bite, we are here to help. Dr. Lindsay Eastman and Dr. Christie use the latest techniques and dental technologies to help patients maintain healthy teeth and gums for life.

Oral Pathology Exam

An annual oral cancer screening helps us detect any lesions, bumps or other issues that may be compromising your oral health. Our doctors will examine the tongue and insides of the mouth for any sores or white patches, and order further testing if we find any abnormalities. We recommend coming in for an oral cancer screening at least once per year.

Tooth Extraction

You may be a good candidate for a tooth extraction if you are suffering from overcrowding, have severely damaged teeth or are preparing for orthodontic treatment. Our doctors use a surgical or simple tooth extraction technique to remove the tooth from its socket without damaging surrounding tissue. These are typically performed under local anesthesia.

Full Mouth Regeneration

If you need to undergo a series of restorative and cosmetic procedures to restore your smile after gum disease, extensive tooth loss or an accident, we may recommend a full mouth regeneration or smile makeover as part of your treatment plan. We perform a series of procedures spaced several months or years apart to restore your smile. These may include dental implants, gum grafting and tooth extractions.

Teeth Grinding/Bruxism

Patients with a habit of grinding their teeth may end up wearing down their teeth or having a misaligned bite. Our doctors can treat bruxism by having you wear a night guard to prevent teeth grinding at night. We may also recommend some lifestyle changes to stop you from grinding your teeth.

Occlusal Adjustment

A misaligned bite can cause jaw pain and a host of other oral health problems. Our doctors may need to perform an occlusal adjustment (bite adjustment) to restore proper functioning of your smile and reduce discomfort or pain.

Dr. Eastman incorporates the latest techniques in reconstructive periodontics, tissue engineering, dental implants placement and was among the first group of dentists in the U.S. trained in computer guided implant surgery.
